Processing Time

· Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.  

· No shipments occur on weekends or public holidays.  

 

Global Shipping Coverage  

· We ship to all countries worldwide, with primary service coverage in:  

  - European Union (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Spain)  

  - North America (e.g., United States, Canada, Mexico)  

· Remote areas with logistical limitations may be excluded. Customers will be notified during checkout if their location is unserviceable.  

 

Shipping Fees  

· Flat-rate shipping fee: $5 USD for all orders, regardless of destination (excludes restricted regions).  

· Fees are displayed at checkout before payment.  

 

Delivery Estimates  

· Standard delivery timeframe: 7–45 business days (varies by country and customs processing).  

· Times are estimates and subject to carrier delays, weather, or regulatory factors.  

 

International Customs & Taxes

· Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.  

· These charges are not included in order total. Contact your local customs office for details.  

 

Tracking & Support  

· Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.  

· For damaged items: Retain packaging and photograph evidence. We provide documentation support for claims.  

· Lost/stolen packages: Report to the carrier once marked "delivered." Theft suspicions require police reports.  

 

Address Accuracy 

· Customers must provide correct shipping addresses.  

· Returned orders due to errors qualify for refund minus $5 shipping fee.
